A1. This answer should be divided into the three areas as below

A2.This answer should be divided into the three areas as below
1. We built all the control and protection logic into VFD, no need extra PLC or PID controoler , easy wire connection save raw material, decrease the trouble shooting. Threfore the total control panel when you use our VFD will be more cheaper.
2.We select the best core components for our Aikon VFD, the USA TI brand Chip, PCB board with three anti-paint, FUJI-BAB680 heat-conducting glue and the FUJI/INFINEON for above 160KW VFD.

Q5. Could your IP65 motor mounting VFD could install on CNP, LEO ,Groundfos or other brand pump ?
A5. We will provide the multifunction installtion plate and kit when you order our IP65 type VFD which below 30KW, it could install any type any brand Pump, it is very convient for you to make stock.

Q6. How to protect motor overheat through Aikon VFD?
A6. Connect motor PTC to our PD ES VFD terminal PTCT/ PTCN, then when the motor is overheat the VFD will protect it to invoid to be broken because of overheat.

Q7. Can I use a bigger power VFD to drive a smaller motor ? Such as use a 10HP/7.5KW VFD to drive a 7.5HP/5.5KW VFD？

A7.Yes , our Aikon VFD could get this function, just set the motor parameter information as below , then it will protet the motor based on the actual horse power.

Q8. Does Aikon VFD could be interchageble for master and slave ? Do I need to separate into 2 categories? i.e. spare for Master and spare for Stand by
Yes, Aikon VFD could be interchage for master and slave, just set the parameter as below, very easy to make stock for you.

Q9.How long for your VFD warranty ? And what support could we get from Aikon ?
A9. Our VFD warranty is 2 years, if the quality issue is from us we will claim it to you for free, If problem from customer wrong operation, we will provide the spare parts (need fee) and technical support for free, When you order our VFD we will provide the free technical support online forever. and by requirement you can prolong warranty to 3 years，Click for more

Q10. Does Aikon IP20 and IP65 PD ES VFD has the same function or different ?
A4.It is the same function for IP ES IP20 and IP65 VFD, just protection rating is different, other internal function all the same.

Q11. Does Aikon has the input power 220V single phase ,output power 380V three phase ?
A11. Yes, we could provide 200~240V single phase input power, 360~460V three phase output power VFD.

Q12. What information do I need to provide to get a acurate VFD quotation ?
A6.We need the VFD voltage, single phase or three phase, IP20 or IP65 protection（high protection level can protect your VFD to work for a long time and provide client the best operation ）, rated horse power, to drive which equipment.

Q13. What voltage does Aikon PD ES VFD support ?
A13. Our VFD input range support 200~240V, 360~460V, 460~550V, 550~660V，1140V

Q14. What is the biggest power for PD ES pump VFD?
A14.Upto 900KW（380V） 1400kw（660V/1140V）

Q15. ABB or Danfoss VFD is more popular, Why I choose Aikon VFD ?
A15. ABB or Danfoss is very famous and very good brand, but most or their VFD is general type but not speical design for pump. We focus on pump control, all the 1control and protection logic for the VFD is based on pump, for pump control we have faith we are better.

Q16.Does Aikon support to OEM my own brand ?
A16. Yes, we support OEM business, but the MOQ is 100pcs for OEM per order.

Q17. We want remote monitoring and control function, Aikon VFD could support?
A17. Yes, order our Aikon DTU(date unit transfer) and VFD will get the remote monitoring and control I-cloud for free.

Q18. Do you have HMI (Touch screen) with program which could work with your VFD?
A18.We Aikon developed our own HMI program which could work with our VFD perferctly, easy operation with rich function.

Q19. Does Aikon VFD support HAVC field application?
Yes, our PD ES VFD has the temperarure / pressure difference control function, it can recycle the energy.

Q20.What control method does your VFD have ?
A20.V/F control; Open loop vector control

Q21. How to do if the master VFD sensor failtur?
A20. If the mster VFD failture, the back up master will be the master one?

Q22. How to do if the master and backup master pressure sensor all failture ?
A20. At this case we could use the manual mode to start the VFD to drive the pump.

Q23. How to do if the duty VFD could not upto the target pressure ?
A23. If the duty one could not upto the target pressure, then the standby will cutin to get the target pressure .

Q24 .How to do if the pressure keep the target pressure ?
A13. If the pressure keep at the target pressure, then the VFD frequency will down until cut in.

Q25. How to get the pump dry run protection function ?
A25 . We have 3 types dry running protection： by pressure input/by pressure output/by dry running sensor（pressure switch or float switch）/by current

For example：by dry running sensor（pressure switch or float switch）
F06.02=52 F26.28=1.
By inlet pressure, set F06.28=2, then Set F09.46= 0.3, then it means when inlet pressure less than 0.3bar, it will dry run protection.

Q26.How to change the Aikon PD ES series Pump VFD start sequence setting ?

A26. Aikon VFD start sequence has 2 methods as below:

1) .Fixed sequence start by modbus address, this is usually used for fighting pump control. If you want this function, then set F26.10=0, set the first start VFD F13.00=1, the second start VFD F13.00=2, The third start VFD F13.00=3.....

2) .Min working period VFD first start, such as if 1# VFD total work time 100hours, 2# VFD total work time 99hours, then next time VFD start sequence is 2# VFD first start. When you use this way, the VFD working time will be always nearly.（F08.10 could check the VFD total work time)

Q27. The Aikon PD ES series VFDstart method after power off then power on

A27. Aikon VFD start has 2 methods after power off then power on as below:

27.1). Press the VFD display run bottom to start the VFD, set F26.01=0

27.2).Automatic start, when the power on again, set F26.01=1~600( unit is second, such as you want to the VFD automatic start within 1 second, then you could set F26.01=1, if you want VFD automatic start within 20 second, then set F26.01=20)

A-setting target pressure( equal F10.01 value)
